국문 초록

본 연구는 e-Learning을 이용하는 중학생들을 대상으로 e-Learning 교육 사이트의 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 이는 '학습'이라는 독특한 소비과정을 수반하는 하나의 상품이자 서비스인 e-Learning에 대한 실제 사용자들의 욕구를 정확히 파악하여 지속적인 e-Learning사이트 이용을 창출할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 가설 검증을 위하여 선행연구에서 타당성과 신뢰성이 검증된 측정항목을 토대로 설문지 조사방법을 이용하였다. 설문지의 구성은 독립변수인 학생요인 7문항, 강사요인 9문항, 관리자요인 3문항, 정보품질요인 7문항, 시스템품질요인 6문항으로 하였으며, 종속변수인 이용자의 강의 만족에 대하여 3문항으로 구성하였다. 그리고 인구통계학적 질문과 e-Learning 사이트 이용에 대한 일반적인 질문 14문항으로 구성되어있다. 분석결과, 동기유발 및 운영능력, 정보제공, 엔터테이먼트, 상호작용성 및 접근성은 유의수준 0.05수준에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 채택된 요인의 영향정도를 살펴보면, 정보제공이 e-Learning 강의 만족에 가장 유의한 영향을 미치고 다음으로는 상호작용성 및 접근성, 엔터테이먼트, 동기유발 및 운영능력 순으로 e-Learning 강의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

With the development of the Internet and the government's supportive policies, the e-Learning market is achieving remarkable growth recently and as a result users perception of e-Learning is also changing. The e-Learning is to use internet technologies for conveying the various solutions that improve knowledge and performance. Thus this market is expanding in the spotlight as the education system that stand above time and space. This study focuses particularly on the satisfaction of users and finds the causes that affect their satisfaction. And this study is to examine the factors that affect the user satisfaction on e- Learning. Preceding research with character autonomous variable interaction characteristic and accessibility and entertainment, the computer the effect feeling which sleeps, technical support, reputation, stamp interest, information provision, incentive and operation ability and subordinate variable satisfactorily escape did a reliability analysis and factor analysis and an Correlation analysis, for a construction verification a multiple regression analysis executed. Appeared with the fact that affects information provision which is an analytical resultant information quality considers to e-Learning strong will satisfaction most. And appeared with the fact that e-Learning will satisfactorily in incentive and operation ability order the where the interaction characteristic and accessibility and the enter reel are distant, affects.
