국문 초록

ERP시스템의 성공요인에 관한 선행연구에서 조직 특성을 고려하여 각 조직의 특성에 적합한 성공요인을 규명하는 연구가 드물다. 본 연구에서는 ERP프로세스 특성이 ERP성과에 미치는 영향은 조직특성에 따라 차이가 있는지를 규명하기 위하여 수행되었다. 즉 ERP시스템을 적용하는 조직의 고유한 특성을 고려함으로써 조직 특성에 따라 우선적으로 고려되어야 하는 ERP프로세스 특성을 밝히고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과에서 나타난 바를 요약해보면 분권지향형 조직에서 ERP프로세스 특성이 ERP성과에 미치는 영향력이 가장 높다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났으며, 과업지향형 조직이나 변화지향형 조직에서는 낮거나 유의하지 않는 영향을 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 분권지향형 조직은 업무관련 권한은 특정계층에 편중되어 있지 않고 업무수준에 따라 잘 분배된 조직으로서 ERP프로세스 특성이 ERP성과에 미치는 영향이 중요하다는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 이에 반해 과업지향형 조직과 변화지향형 조직은 업무의 통제 및 평가시스템의 자동화 및 다양화를 중시하고, 명확한 업적 평가시스템을 통한 직무평가를 중시하는 조직으로서 ERP프로세스 특성이ERP성과에 미치는 영향이 중요하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The study considering organizational characteristics is rare in preceding studies about the success factors of ERP. This study was performed to examine whether ERP process characteristics have an effect on performance of ERP or not by organizational characteristics. That is to say, this study tried to find ERP process characteristics by considering characteristics of the organization adopting ERP system. The results of this study are summarized as following. ERP process characteristics have the highest effect on performance of ERP in a specialization-oriented organization and they have a low effect on performance of ERP or not in a task-oriented organization or in a change-oriented organization. This result explains that the effect of ERP process characteristics on performance of ERP is important in a specialization-oriented organization as the organization that doesn"t give the authority of business to a specific class and divide it according to a business standard. On the other hand, it seems that the effect of ERP process characteristics on performance of ERP isn"t important in a task-oriented organization and in a change-oriented organization. as the organizations that attach importance to the control of business, the automation and diversity of valuation system, and business valuation by an accurate achievement valuation system.
