국문 초록

상업교육은 상업 및 경영에 관한 기초 지식과 기술을 습득하여 자신에게 맞는 진로를 선택할 수 있고, 급변하는 정보화 사회에서 창의적으로 적응하며, 나아가 국민 경제 발전에 기여하려는 적극적언 태도를 가진 우수한 직업인 양성을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 경영환경에 적응할 수 있는 우수한 상업 인력을 양성할 수 있도록 상업 인력의 실제 수요자인 기업체를 대상으로 실증조사를 실시하여 상업계 고등학교 졸업생들이 산업 현장에서 필요로 하는 업무수행능력을 갖추기 위해서는 상업교육의 개선이 필요함을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구결과 산업현장에서는 상업교육의 발전을 절실히 언지하고 있었으나 상업계 고등학교 졸업생들이 경영환경변화에 적응하기 위해 필요한 업무수행능력은 전반적으로 기대 수준에 미치지 못한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 상업계 고등학교는 세계화ㆍ정보화 시대에 살아가야 할 학생들이 급변하는 경영환경에 창의적으로 적응할 수 있는 대응 능력을 함양할 수 있도록 도와주어야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 이를 위해서는 정부, 지역사회, 학교, 학부모, 학생 등 상업교육과 연관된 모든 주체들의 노력이 필요하다. 특히, 교사는 끊임없이 새로운 지식과 기술을 습득하여 상업계 전문교과 교사로서의 전문성을 높여 학생ㆍ학부모로부터의 신뢰를 향상시켜야 하고 산업체는 학교에서부터 기업이 원하는 인재로 양성될 수 있도록 적극적인 지원과 취업한 근로자가 직무에 만족하며 자아 성장을 추구해 나갈 수 있도록 여건 조성에 노력해야 한다.

영문 초록

The objectives of commercial education are to allow a student to choose the most suitable job for the student by teaching fundamental techniques related to industry and business, adopt creatively to rapidly changing information-oriented society and to raise manpower contributing to development of national economy with positive attitude. The study has conducted survey targeting administrative of domestic enterprises, whom are actual users of commercial manpower, for raising excellent industrial manpower whom can adopt to rapidly changing business environment. From this survey we have deduced that improvements have to be made on commercial education for raising high school graduates to be equipped with work ability required by the industry. The result of the study has shown that the industry recognizes necessity of development in commercial education but has not seemed to be generally satisfied with work abilities required by industrial tasks for adjusting smoothly to rapidly changing business environment. This clearly shows that commercial highschool should lead students to develop capabilities to respond actively against rapidly changing information technology and society during globalization and information oriented era. In order to accomplish these, all entities in relation to commercial education such as government, local society, school, parents, students, etc., should exert efforts. Especially, teachers should raise professionalism in commercial education by acquiring diversified professional knowledges for attaining confidence from students and parents. In addition, business corporations should exert efforts in supporting commercial highschool for raising manpower desired by the industry while establishing educational environment for employees to raise work satisfaction and promote self development.
