국문 초록

본 연구에서는 이미 본격화된 e-logistics시대에 정보화가 국제물류의 효율성을 높여 국제경쟁력을 제고할 수 있고 최소의 비용과 자원으로 신속한 국제물류환경을 조성하여 대고객만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 유일한 수단이다. 이와 같은 국제물류환경 변화에 기인하여 국제물류 전문업체들은 기존의 물류정보시스템에 IT를 접목 즉, 공급사슬 대 공급사슬 등 다양한 물류기법들을 도입하여 업종별 B2B e-마켓플레이스 내지 보털(Vortal)의 e-마켓 플레이스 구축으로 기존의 물류관행에 일대 혁신이 일어나고 있다. 특히 최근에는 이러한 물류 e-마켓플레이스들이 물류솔루션 제공업체컨설팅업체, 고객사까지 망라하는 국제네트워크를 구축하여 인터넷상에서 전자무역관련 물류업무를 원스톱으로 처리하는 서비스를 제공하고 있다.

영문 초록

A Study on Activation of 4PL in International Logistics Environment Change The historical revolution in 1995 could be too radical to change smoothly and effficiently the world economic structure. The major tool of the revolution came from the borderless competition initiated by WTO and the Electronic Commerce motivated by Internet. These two factors outstandingly affected the international transportation industries as well The result could be summarized with the transition from trade of output to input (foreign direct investment) and from the transportation to logistics. While, the surrounding economies of Korea resulted in the turmoil of the revolution with IMF foreign currency crisis. Overcoming the crisis, Korean firms should consider more of the regional cooperation in the global of internalization of the business management in the region. This research focused on the cooperative tools in the name of the fourth party logistics (4PL) to efficiently and smoothly establish the regional hub of the global. The 4PL could internalize the cross-country production and marketing in the frame of supply chain management (SCM) among the firms in home and host countries. It opens the new horizon of the international transportation or logistics.
