영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to show the brief stability measurement way of the efficiency of Korean trade seaports by deleting input-output elements and efficient seaports with sensitivity test by using the Super-SBM(Slack-based measurement) model under CRS(constant returns) condition for 20 Korean seaports during 2010, 2011 and 2013 data for 3 inputs(berthing capacity, cargo handling capacity, and quay length) and 4 outputs(number of ships call, tons of ships call, amount of cargo import, and amount of cargo export). The main empirical results of this paper are as follows. First, outliers are Daesan, Okpo, and Tongyoung Ports. Second, before and after deleting the inputs and outputs, ranking orders of efficient ports are consistent. Third, stability test after deleting the 1/3 of efficient ports shows the stable condition except the Sogcho and Jinhae Ports in 2010, and Jeju Port in 2011. Fourth, the average sensitivity scores of efficient ports to measure the model fitness are all over 0.5, that is to say, 0.6987 in 2010, 0.6750 in 2011, and 0.5189 in 2012. The containerport policy planners should introduce and consider the stability and sensitivity test for measuring the exact efficiency scores of Korean seaports.
