영문 초록

With the development of e-trade documents in Electronic Commerce of essential documents are used as the main e-B/L Factors inhibiting the activation of e-B/L are First, the e-B/L participating banks limit Second, e-Nego system limits Third, the lack of international linkage, such as infrastructure, a key element appears. Therefore, to improve these problems must activate the e-B/L could seek the help of three linked In this study, activation schemes were proposed. First, SWIFT network expansion utilizing the participating banks and the bank through which the effect of suggesting that the introduction of a professional service. Second, the e-B/L electronically checked during execution of e-Nego. the transition to e-Nego over the documents written at the time of inspection to enforce shorten the time to reap the effectiveness of e-B/L not aware of, so the user does not need to feed as a part. Finally, for cross-border e-trade infrastructure linking raised the need for council.
