국문 초록

관리자들의 리더십 역량은 조직자체의 성장과 발전은 물론 조직의 쇠퇴와 몰락에도 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 경영요인이다. 이러한 리더십의 본질적 역량은 조직이 구성되고 존재하는 한 조직운용에 적용되고 있으며, 다만 조직의 분야와 성격 및 규모에 따라 동일한 패턴으로 작용하지 않고 조직의 특성에 따라 그 유형을 달리하며 나타나고 있다. 한국 민간 보안 분야에 있어서도 리더십의 역량은 민간 보안 산업의 발전과 더불어 중요한 개인의 경영능력으로 나타나고 있다. 민간 보안 분야에 대한 인식이 저조했던 보안 산업의 태동기에는 조직적 경영이라는 마인드보다는 노동력 파견에 대한 인적관리형태의 조직관리가 이루어졌으나, 민간 보안 분야의 발전과 더불어 산업화ㆍ규모화가 일어나면서 조직에 대한 관리 형태를 결정짓는 리더십 역량에 대한 중요성이 부각되기 시작하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 민간 보안 분야 관리자들의 리더십 역량을 가늠해 보고 그것이 조직에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 통합 창원시와 인근에 사업체를 둔 민간 보안 분야 관리자들을 대상으로 리더십 역량에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 전문적기술에 대한 신뢰도는 .640, 인간관계기술 .778, 개념적기술의 신뢰도는 .808로 나타났다. 민간 보안 분야 관리자들의 리더십 역량은 조직을 위해 전략을 짜고 이를 실행하는 개념적 기술의 리더십이 다소 높게 나타나고 있는 것이 특징이다.

영문 초록

Managers' leadership competencies in the decline and fall of the organization that directly affect the growth and development of the organization itself, as well as important management factors. Essence of leadership competencies is an organization that exists to this configuration is applied to the management of organization, however, depending on the size of the field and the nature of the organization and does not interact with the same pattern, the different types, depending on the nature of the organization and are appearing. Competencies of leadership in the private security sector appears important personal management skills, along with the development of the private security industry. Security industry who have poor awareness in the private security sector in the wake of mind of organizational management, rather than on labor dispatching personnel management form of organization management, but with the development of the private security sector for the organization due to the industrialization and scale in the management importance for leadership competencies in determining the shape was becoming. This paper, the impact to the organization it reported to weigh the private security sector managers' leadership competencies examine. Integrated Changwon- based businesses in the vicinity of the private security sector managers to conduct a survey on leadership competencies. Study was 2012 october to 2012 December, Interpersonal Skills, the reliability of the conceptual technical expertise on reliability. Private security sector managers' leadership competencies is characterized by somewhat higher in putting together a strategy for the organization and execution of a conceptual technology leadership.
