가정폭력 피해아동의 대인관계 현황 및 종사자 인식에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 가정폭력 피해아동의 대인관계를 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발의 기초연구로서 가정폭력 피해아동의 특성 및 대인관계 실태현황과 대인관계 향상 프로그램에 대한 종사자의 인식을 알아보는데 목적을 두고자 한다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 가정폭력 피해아동의 대인관계 행동 특징에 대한 선행연구와 이에 따른 대인관계 관련 문헌을 고찰하여, 현재 가정폭력 피해아동의 대인관계 관련된 실태조사를 실시하였다. 검사도구로는 가정폭력 피해아동의 대인관계에 따른 특성과 가정폭력 피해아동의 대인관계에 관한 프로그램 현황, 필요성의 인식, 프로그램에 대한 실시정도와 종사자의 요구도를 조사하기 위하여 본 연구자가 총 40문항으로 질문지를 제작하였다. 작성된 설문지는 전문가 2인에게 내용타당도를 검증 받은 후 가정폭력 피해아동이 머무르고 있는 쉼터에 근무하고 있는 종사자 2명에게 예비조사를 실시하여 부적절한 문항을 제외하고 다시 수정하여 질문지를 최종 완성하였다. 가정폭력 피해아동의 실태 및 종사자의 요구도를 조사하기 위해 2012년 12월 3일부터 17일까지 서울, 경기도에 가정폭력 피해아동이 생활하고 있는 쉼터 6곳을 방문하여 질문지를 배부하고 회수하였다. 6개 시설에 근무하고 있는 종사자는 총 29명이다. 총 29부의 질문지를 배부하여 21명만이 질문에 응답하였다. 연구에서 얻어진 자료들은 연구문제를 중심으로 SPSS/WIN 19.0통계 프로그램을 이용하여 응답자의 응답 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였으며, 개방형 문항은 범주를 정하고 범주에 따라 내용분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 가정폭력 피해 아동에게 보이는 가장 큰 문제점은 정서적 문제가 46%로 가장 많았고, 사회성 부분 26.0%, 도덕성이 13.0% 등 순으로 나타났다. 특히 정서적인 문제 부분에서 좀 더 개입을 원하는 부분에서는 대인관계 문제가 32%, 정서조절 부분이 23%, 자기동기화가 19% 등으로, 대인관계 형성에 절실히 도움이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 주당 횟수에서는 2회, 1회 실시시간에서는 60분, 기간은 12회로 희망 하였으며, 집단상담 후 개별적인 상담을 원하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

As a basic research of program development for improving interpersonal relation for damaged children from domestic violence, the purpose of study is to investigate characteristic of damaged children from domestic violence, actual state of interpersonal relation for them, and recognition of related employees about the improvement program. To this end, the author studied existing studies about interpersonal relation and behavioral characteristics of damaged children from domestic violence, and literatures related to interpersonal relation so that survey on actual state for interpersonal relation of damaged children from domestic violence was carried out. For test tool, questionnaire sheet with 40 question items in total was made to examine characteristics according to interpersonal relation of damaged children from domestic violence, program status, recognition of necessity, execution degree of the program, and requirement degree of the employees about interpersonal relation of damaged children from domestic violence. The questionnaire sheet was tested for validity of the content by two experts, and then, preliminary survey was conducted by two employees working in a shelter for damaged children from domestic violence. As a result, inappropriate items were excluded, and some part were revised to finally complete the questionnaire sheet. To examine actual state of damaged children from domestic violence and requirement degree of the employees, the author visited 6 shelters in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do where damaged children from domestic violence live, from Dec. 3 to Dec. 17, 2012, distributed questionnaire sheets, and then collected them. The numbers of employees working in 6 facilities were 29. Among 29 sheets distributed, 21 only answered. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 19.0 statistics program - answer frequency of participants and percentage were calculated; for open type items, category was made and analysis on content was conducted according to category. The study results are summarized as follows. Problems found in damaged children from domestic violence are emotional problem, sociality, and morality - 46%, 26.0%, 13.0% each. Especially, in the emotional problem, part to require more intervention are interpersonal relation, control of emotion, and self-motivation - 32%, 23%, 19% each. This means that formation of interpersonal relation is in urgent need of help. Required numbers of counselling were two times each week, 60 minutes each time, 12 times in total. And individual counselling was asked for after group counselling.
