영문 초록

This study has attempted to find out the effect of dietary habit on perception on body shape management against high-school boys and girls majoring in beauty art. Then, the following results were obtained: According to analysis on the dietary habits of high-school boys and girls majoring in beauty art, the results were little positive in terms of ‘eating attitude.’ In addition, dietary habit for skin care was not that desirable either. In fact, the desirable dietary habit for skin care was high among ‘girls,’ ‘10th graders,’ ‘non-smokers’ and ‘non-drinkers.’ In terms of skin care habits, the results were mostly unsatisfying. However, relatively desirable results were observed among ‘girls’ and‘ non-smoking students.’ According to analysis on the perception of high-school students majoring in beauty art on skin care responsibility, they were little aware of skin care responsibility. However, the perception on skin health care was relatively high among ‘girls,’ ‘non-smoking students’ and ‘non-drinkers.’ In this study, it has been confirmed that wrong dietary habits have a negative effect on body shape management. Therefore, it would be necessary to develop decent education curriculum and programs to help high school students majoring in beauty art have a desirable perception on dietary habits and proper body shape management.
