영문 초록

This study attempted to find the expected benefit and perceived risk on telemedicine acceptance, to study expected benefit and perceived risk have relationship with behavioral intention to use. This study focused on hypertensive patients over the age of 50. Data were collected from a survey of 145 patients over the age of 50. This study conducted a multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 18.0. This study foimd that three expected benefit have positive effect on behavioral intentions to use telemedicine. Only provider risk has negative effect on behavioral intentions to use telemedicine. This study proposed telemedicine should firstly emphasize expected benefit to success the acceptance telemedicine.
