국문 초록

본 연구에서는 인터넷사용자를 대상으로 사이버범죄에 대응하고 있는 경찰 역할에 대한 인식유형을 탐색함으로써 유형별 특성을 살펴보고, 각 유형별 차이점을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 구체적으로 사이버범죄 인식유형의 분류화를 통해 인터넷이용자들이 인식한 유형이 경찰에 상충되는 점은 없는지, 유사한 점은 무엇인지 살펴보려고 한다. 또한 경찰의 역할에 대한 인식에 있어서 차이가 발생한다면 그 차이에 관해 논의하고, 이에 따라 구체적인 역할모호성 감소 전략을 탐색해보고자 한다. 전문가집단과 일반인에 대한 인식을 극명하게 살펴보고, 경찰구성원들의 역할인식에 대해 분석한 결과를 비교해보고자 한다. 그리고, 인식의 유형을 분류시키기 위한 Q방법론을 활용할 것이다. 이러한 시도는 경찰조직내에서 경찰구성원의 명확한 역할인식과 효과적인 역할수행을 이루는데 실천적 도움을 주고자 한다.

영문 초록

In this study, Internet users respond to cyber crime and the police role in the awareness of the type of navigation purpose was to look at the characteristics of each type, to understand the differences between each type. Specifically recognize the types of cyber crime classification type is recognized by Internet users that are in conflict with the police that there is a similar point, what should look at. Also occur if the differences in perceptions about the role of the police, and discuss the difference accordingly explore the specific role ambiguity reduction strategies to. Clearly recognized group of experts and the general public about the look, and to compare the results of the analysis for the recognition of the role of the police members. For Q methodology to classify the types of awareness, and will take advantage of. Attempt to clear members of the police role in the recognition and effective role to perform within the police organization to achieve and will give practical help.
