구조방정식을 이용한 컨설팅장학 운영 모형 검증: 시교육청과 도교육청의 비교를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 구조방정식을 활용하여 컨설팅장학 운영 모형을 검증하고, 시교육청 운영 모형과 도교육청 운영 모형을 비교하는 것이다. 컨설팅장학 운영 모형의 변수들은 교육청(교육지원청)의 지원, 컨설턴트의 내용전문성, 컨설턴트의 방법전문성, 의뢰인의 전문성 신장, 의뢰인의 자발성이다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 2011년 각 시•도교육청에서 한국지방교육연구소로 제출한 명단에 나와 있는 컨설팅장학 의뢰인을 연구대상으로 삼았으며, 자료는 Amos 20.0으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 최종모형의 적합도 지수는 χ²=1370.291(df=37, p=.000), RMSEA는 .085, GFI는 .950, AGFI는 .911, NFI는 .967, TLI는 .953, CFI는 .968이었으며 모든 경로가 유의미한 것으로 나왔다. 둘째, 시교육청과 도교육청의 구조방정식모형이 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 구체적으로 시교육청 컨설팅장학 운영 모형의 경우 도교육청 컨설팅장학 운영 모형과는 달리 교육청(교육지원청)의 지원이 의뢰인의 전문성 신장과 자발성에 직접적인 영향력이 없었고, 컨설턴트의 내용전문성과 방법전문성을 통한 간접적인 영향력만 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to validate the consulting supervision operation model by using the structural equation and to compare the educational model of the city office and that of the provincial office. The variables of the consulting supervision operation model are the support of the office of education (local office of education), contents professionalism of the consultant, method professionalism of the consultant, professional enhancement of the client, and voluntariness of the client. The subjects of the study were 4,950 clients. AMOS 20.0 was employed to analyze the data. The results are as follows: Firstly, the conformity of the consulting supervision operation model was validated by using a structural equation. The support of the office of education (local office of education) gave the direct impact on the contents professionalism of the consultant, method professionalism of the consultant, professional enhancement of the client, voluntariness of the client. Second, there were significant differences between the educational model of the city office and that of the provincial office. The support of the office of education (local office of education) did not give any direct impact on the professional enhancement of the client or voluntariness of the client in the educational model of the city office.
