영문 초록

ln period of King Kwanggaeto and King Jangsoo, Koguero society existed multi-race state system by external conquest. However a noteworthy phenomenon is two things. Firstly, New-coming Han-Ye(新來韓穢) is only selected by King Kawanggaeto for people in charge of grave keeping. Secondly, King Jangsoo also selected indiscriminately Old Koguryo people(高句麗舊民) and New-coming Han-Ye(新來韓穢) for people in charge of grave keeping. Consequently New-coming Han-Ye(新來韓穢) and Old Koguryo people(高句麗舊民) is recognized similarly in language, culture and race. ln transaction article about grave keeper, Sale object is real estate. A reform measure about grave keeping system is prohibition on dealing in real estate and reinforcing punishment. This is core matter of reformation of grave keeping system. A grave keeper is decentralized by article of the monument near the grave.(墓上立碑) Through the medium of real estate, Kookyeon(國烟) services grave keeping at tomb of King Kawangkaeto and Kanyeon(看烟) support grave keeping of Kookyeon(國烟) by engage in farming. Therefore Koguryo people living north of the Korean Peninsula and residents living mid-southern part of the Korean Peninsula are historical-cultural community that look like in language and culture.
