국문 초록

현재 우리나라는 정책적으로 전자무역의 활성화를 추진하고 있다. 그러나 수출입물류정보의 전달과정에서 기존의 오프라인 체제에서 온라인 체제로의 변경과정에 관행적, 제도적, 기술적 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 기존의 문헌 및 현장 인터뷰를 중심으로 무역 프로세서상 무역거래계약 후 단계에서 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 수출입물류프로세서상에서 전자무역 추진에 따른 문제점과 그 대응방안을 제시하여 전자무역활성화를 위한 대안을 제시하는데 있다.

영문 초록

E-trade is expected to dominate the global trade in the 21st century and thus is being introduced as a major policy assignment for each developing country. E-trade has the potential to accelerate existing trends and introduce new ways of conducting trade. It is especially important in Korea, which has a high dependency rate on trade. Faced with structural problems with a high-cost trade system, trade efficiency through the channel of e-trade is an alternative to strengthen international competitiveness of Korean medium and small export and import firms. Therefore, Korea needs to quickly adjust to this new method of e-trade and provide a number of policy suggestions that it can make best use of. However, successful implementation, diffusion, and usage of e-trade system require cooperation, commitment, and the trust of all participating members in international trade process. therefore, this study aims to investigate problems of e-trade diffusion and draw suggestions in applying e-trade in Korea which may result in the efficiency and productivity on export and import logistics services in Korea. The objectives of this study examines and present as follows. First, existing obstacle problems related export-import logistics process were surveyed. Second, based on this problems, the proper solution was suggested. Finally, summarized the whole study and conclusion was presented
