초등학생의 창의적 사고, 창의적 인성의 상ㆍ하 집단 간 창의적 산물 수준 차이 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 아동들의 창의적 사고와 창의적 인성의 수준에 따라 창의적 산물에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 초등학생을 대상으로 TTCT를 사용하여 창의적인 사고능력을 측정하였으며 창의적 인성은 CPS 검사지를 사용하였다. 창의적 산출물을 측정하는 검사로는 그림을 보고 에세이 작성하기를 실시하였다. 창의적인 사고능력 총점과 하위요인, 창의적 인성의 총점과 하위요인별로 각각 상ㆍ하위 40% 수준으로 구분하여 집단 간에 창의적 산물 수준에 차이가 존재하는지 t-test를 사용하여 알아보았다. 또한 창의적 사고 능력과 창의적 인성이 창의적 산물을 얼마만큼 설명하는지를 회귀분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 결과를 살펴보면 창의적 사고의 수준에 따라 창의적 산물은 하위요인과 전체 점수에서 의미 있는 차이를 나타냈으며 창의적 인성의 수준에 따라서도 창의적 산물은 하위요인과 전체 점수에서 의미있는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창의적 산물을 의미있게 설명한 요인으로는 창의적 사고의 하위요인인 추상성과 독창성 요인으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the creative product difference between creative thinking ability and creative personality high and low groups. in primary school students. The subjects of this study consisted of 117 4th graders, selected for a class of unit, in public elementary schools located in Seoul, Korea. In this study, for children’s creativity, Torrance Test of Creative Thinking, Creative Personality Scale, Essay by subjective assessment (Hennessey & Amabile, 1999) for creative product were used. The collected data were analyzed by using the 16.0 SPSS program. The data were also tested by using the t-test, correlation and multiple regression. The major results of this study were as follows; First, creative thinking ability and creative personality have significant effect on the students creative product between the upper and low groups. Secondly, the multiple regression analyses demonstrated that the creative thinking ability and creative personality’s sub factors were the significant predictors of the creative product. Finally, limitation of this study and the direction for future research were discussed.
