국문 초록

현재 여전히 많은 중소기업들이 ERP 도입을 고려하고 있다. 그러나 도입 당시 기대만큼 성공적으로 마무리 되는 경우는 많지 않을 것이다. ERP 도입의 필요성과 기업의 정보화 수준에 따라 도입하는 기업의 환경과 기업문화를 제대로 파악하지 못하고, ERP 시스템을 도입하면 그것이 가장 큰 실패의 원인이 될 수 있다. 또한ERP 시스템 도입 후의 관심과 노력이 더욱 중요하다고 생각된다. ERP 시스템을 성공적으로 도입하기 위해서는 많은 어려움이 미치는 요인은 다양할 뿐만 아니라, 기업 환경에 따라서도 각 요인들의 중요도가 달라질 수 있다. 또한 대다수 중소기업들이 정보화 시설투자 등에 소요되는 자금 및 정보화 추진인력의 부족 등으로 인해 정보화 투자를 주저하고 있는 것이 현실이므로 정부에서는 중소기업의 정보화를 돕기 위하여 정보화 무상교육, 컨설팅, 자금지원 등 다양한 지원 방안을 만들어 시행하고 있다. 물론 이러한 것들이 갖추어져서 ERP를 도입한다면 성공확률은 높아지겠지만, 그렇다고 모든 기업들이 100% 조건이 갖추어질 때까지 ERP 도입을 미룰 수 있는 것도 아니라고 생각된다. 이에 본 연구는 중소기업에 ERP 시스템을 도입 시 발생되는 문제점과 그 문제점을 해결해야 중소기업에서 ERP가 성공적으로 도입될 수 있다는 가정 하에 중소기업의 ERP 도입 사례 연구를 통해 평가해보고, 문제점의 해결방안을 통해 효율적이고 성공적인 ERP 구축을 방안을 논의해 보고자 한다.

영문 초록

Currently there are still many small businesses are considering the introduction of ERP. However, as expected at the time of adoption, if successfully completed will not be a lot. The need for the adoption of ERP and business information, depending on the level of adoption of corporate environmental and corporate culture does not understand properly, ERP system by introducing it’s the biggest cause of failure can be. Also of interest after introduction of ERP systems and efforts are considered more important. Successful introduction of the ERP system in order to vary a lot of trouble, as well as the factors, based on the work environment is therefore also the importance of each factor may vary. In addition, the majority of SMEs informatization facilities investment, and so takes money and Informatization of the workforce shortage due informatization investment hesitation and that this reality is a government of small business information to help the information free education, consultation, funding and supp ort, including support measures have implemented to create.
