국문 초록

동북아 지역에 있어서 세계의 공장으로 괄목할 만한 성장을 주도하고있는 중국경제의 발전에 한국과 일본기업의 협업적 생산기반이 그 어느때보다 활발하게 진행되었고, 이와 같은 협업적 경제활동 구조는 물류네트워크가 과거의 단순한 물자의 흐름에서 벗어나 물자의 흐름을 창출하고 관리하는 경제활동의 전략적 중요성을 가지면서 그 위상이 더욱 강화되었고, 운송수단의 대형화ㆍ신속화로 인하여 갈수록 허브의 수가 감소하고 반면 그 역할과 기능이 강조되는 현 상황에서 물류의 허브화는 곧 지역경제 협력의 중심지가 될 수 있다는 의미에서 본 연구는 이와 같은 세계적인 물류네트워크의 패러다임 변화가 동북아에 초래하고 있는 변화를 분석하고, 이를 적극적으로 수용하기 위한 한국정부의 대응노력을 경제자유구역을 중심으로 구조적, 기능적, 절차적 개선방안을 제시하고 있다.

영문 초록

Northeast Asia is on the verge of paradigm shift on its logistics network by the rapidly changing global economy. As the paradigm shift on the logistics network chnges from self-completion of manufacturing to assembling of the business functions, the regional hub became the headquarter of the regional cooperation across the border. Due to this paradigm shift, the Korean government has promoted the sustainable development of the logistics or business hub in the Northeast Asia on the specific areas of Free Economic Zones (FEZs). Unfortunately, the objectives on the inauguration of FEZ has changed from the business hub in the NE. Asia to the gateway for the equitable development of the local areas. It caused many troublesome issues for the foreign partners on the regional logistics network to keep from participating on the network. The research highlights the feasibility analysis of these issues and suggests the structural, functional and procedural direction of the policies.
