우리나라 포장표준화가 기업의 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 급변하는 물류환경에서 선행연구에서 검토한 포장표준화 요인들이 기업의 고객만족과 물류성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 포장은 물류에 있어서 유통의 시작으로 포장표준화는 물류 표준화의 전제조건인 포장표준화가 기업의 고객만족과 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 선행연구를 통해 요인들을 조사 분석하였고, 분석된 자료를 토대로 포장표준화에 대한 자료 수집을 위해 물류기업 및 기업체를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 물품의 운송ㆍ보관ㆍ하역 등에 있어서 그 재화의 가치 및 보관 상태를 최적으로 유지하기 위한 포장의 요소를 독립변수로, 고객만족과 물류성과를 종속변수로 설정한 후 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 3개의 연구가설을 검증하기 위해 포장요인과 고객만족간의 가설 검증을 위한 회귀분석 결과, 표준 파렛트와 효율성 2개 항목이 유의하게 나타났다. 또한, 3개의 연구가설을 검증하기 위해 포장요인과 물류성과간의 가설 검증을 위한 회귀분석 결과, 표준 파렛트와 효율성 2개 항목이 유의하게 나타났다. 차후 보다 발전적으로 기업의 물류성과 즉, 영업이익에 미치는 요인들이 무엇인지 관련된 정량적인 요인들을 추가하여 기업의 효율적인 물류성과 향상에 이바지하는데 보다 면밀히 연구되어야 할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to explore how the factors of package standardization examined by previous studies effect the customer satisfaction and business logistics performance of enterprises in the rapidly changing logistics environment. This research defined package as a starting point of the distribution of logistics, and it investigated and analyzed factors of influences which package standardization (i.e. the precondition of logistics standardization) exerted on the customer satisfaction and business logistics performance of enterprises, through previous studies. It conducted surveys of logistics enterprises and other companies to collect research materials, based on the analyses of those factors. It set as independent variables the factors of package to optimally maintain the value and state of goods during transport, storage, and loading and unloading. It set customer satisfaction and business logistics performance as dependent variables. It conducted a multiple regression analysis for verifying the hypothesis on the correlations between the factors of package and customer satisfaction to examine three research hypotheses; the two items standard pallet and efficiency were significant. We need to conduct a more detailed research by adding quantitative factors of what effects business logistics performance of enterprises (i.e. business profits) to contribute to the efficiency and improvement of the performance in the future.
