국문 초록

이 연구는 발달지체유아의 통합교육 관련 요인과 유치원 교육과정 실행 구성요소 간의 관계를 설명하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 발달지체유아 통합교육 관련 요인은 문헌분석을 통해 추출하였고, 요인 간의 관계를 설명하기 위해서 관계모형을 개발하였으며 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 이용하여 증명하였다. 이 연구의 참여자는 통합교육과 유치원 교육과정을 실행해 본 경험이 있는 유아교육교사와 유아특수교육 교사 총 217명의 교사가 참여하였으며, 연구 자료는 기술통계, 일원변량분석, 다변량분석, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석과 구조방정식모형(SEM) 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달지체유아의 통합교육 관련 요인과 유치원 교육과정 실행 구성요소는 밀접한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직접적인 영향을 미치는 상호-직접 인과관계에 있다는 것이 증명되었다. 둘째, 개발 된 모형은 적절한 적합도 지수를 보였으며, 최종 구조모형은 4개의 잠재변인과 17개의 측정변인으로 구성되었다. 셋째, 인적요인, 협력요인, 환경요인은 통합교육 상황에서 유치원 교육과정 실행요인의 모든 측정변인에 대해 정적 관계에서 영향력을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 통합교육 상황에서 유치원 교육과정을 실행 할 때, 인적요인은 교육목표나 교수법, 협력요인과 환경요인은 교육내용에 높은 영향력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 연구는 통합교육 관련 요인과 유치원 교육과정 실행요인 간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였으며, 통합교육 상황에서 유치원 교육과정을 실행 할 때 우선적으로 고려해야 할 요인에 대한 정보를 제공하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine a relationship analysis on factors for successful inclusion of young children with developmental delays and implementation of early childhood education curriculum. The factors of successful inclusion for young children with developmental delays were extracted through the literature review. In addition, a model was developed in order to explain the relationships between factors, and the model was demonstrated by using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). The subjects in this study were early childhood special education teachers and kindergarten teachers who had experiences implementing inclusion curriculum. A total of 217 teachers were participated in the survey. The major results of this study were as follows: First, personal, cooperative, and environmental resources were extracted as the factors for successful inclusion of young children with developmental delays. The study showed that there was a strong co-relationship between each factor and the early childhood education curriculum implementation. It has been proved that the factors directly were influenced each other. Second, the developed model showed adequate fit indices, and the final structural model was composed with four latent variables and seventeen measured variables. The four latent variables such as personal, cooperative, environmental, and curriculum factors kept in used as it was used in a hypothetical model. Third, based on the facts from the study, personal, collaboration, and environmental factors had positive relationships as to measurable variables in inclusion of the early childhood education curriculum. Also, the study showed that the most critical factor that influenced on implementation of the early childhood education curriculum was dependent on each measurable variable. This research is meaningful in that it empirically examined the influence between factors related to inclusive education and implementation of early childhood education curriculum. In addition, early childhood education implementation that should be considered primarily in factors related to inclusion were providing.
