국문 초록

21세기 정보화 사회에 있어서 지적정보는 매우 중요하며, 과거에 비해 다양한 분야에서 활용이 급증하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 관련법규의 규정 등으로 인하여 지적정보의 이용이 제한적인 실정이며, 국토해양부의 지적관련 정보의 통합작업이 진행되고 있다. 다양한 분야에서 기본공간정보로서 지적정보의 활용성을 극대화하고 지적관련정보의 통합을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해서는 지적정보에 대한 표준화가 필요하다. 무엇보다도 지적정보의 표준화를 효과적으로 추진을 위해서는 표준화의 우선순위가 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 지적정보의 표준화 우선순위를 도출하기 위하여 지적정보 및 AHP, 표준화 등의 이론적고찰과 국내외 지적정보 관련 표준화 현황을 조사하여 표준화 우선순위 항목을 선정하고 전문가 그룹을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 내용을 토대로 AHP기법을 이용하여 지적정보 표준화 우선순위를 분석하였다.

영문 초록

In the 21th century information era, the role of cadastral information is getting important and its applications are expanded to various fields. However the use of cadastral information is restricted by relevant regulations and the integration of cadastral related information work is going on by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. In order to increase the use of cadastral information as a foundation spatial information and to achieve the integration work effectively, the standardization of cadastral information is essential. First of all, the priority order on cadastral information standardization is important. The objective of this study is to draw priority order on standardization of cadastral information. In order to achieve the research objective, a comprehensive literature on AHP, standardization has been carried out and the current status investigated. Based on the investigation, the list of cadastral information standardization selected and it has been used for expert group questionnaire analysis. Finally priority order on standardization of cadastral information was presented using AHP.
