미혼남녀의 사랑유형과 자아존중감, 관계만족도, 신뢰도 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 John Alan Lee(1973)가 제시한 여섯 가지 사랑 유형(열정적인 사랑, 유희적인 사랑, 친구 같은 사랑, 소유적인 사랑, 실용적인 사랑, 헌신적인 사랑)에 관한 이론을 바탕으로 하여 사랑유형, 자아존중감, 만족도, 신뢰감 간에 어떤 관계가 있는 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 우리나라 20-30세까지의 미혼남녀 314명이었고 척도로는 사람유형척도(LSA), 자아존중감척도, 만족도척도, 신뢰감척도 등을 사용하였으며 자료분석을 위해서 빈도분석, 분산분석, 카이자승분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 사랑유형과 성별에 따른 차이에서 남자들이 많이 가지고 있는 사랑유형은 열정적인 사랑, 친구 같은 사랑, 헌신적인 사랑이 많이 나타났고, 여자들이 많이 가지고 있는 사랑유형은 유희적인 사랑, 소유적인 사랑, 실용적인 사랑이 많이 나타났다. 둘째, 사랑유형마다 자아존중감의 차이는 헌신적인 사랑, 열정적인 사랑, 유희적인 사랑이 친구 같은 사랑, 소유적인 사랑, 실용적인 사랑이 보다 높은 자아존중감을 나타냈다. 셋째, 사랑유형마다 이성 관계만족의 차이는 헌신적인 사랑, 열정적인 사랑이 평균이상으로 높은 만족도를 나타냈고, 실용적인 사랑, 친구 같은 사랑, 유희적인 사랑. 소유적인 사랑이 평균이하 점으로 낮은 만족도를 느끼는 것으로 나타냈다. 넷째, 사랑유형마다 신뢰도차이는 열정적인 사랑, 유희적인 사랑, 헌신적인 사랑이 파트너에게 높은 신뢰감을 느꼈고, 친구 같은 사랑, 소유적인 사랑, 실용적인 사랑이 평균이하로 파트너에게 낮은 신뢰도감을 느꼈다. 이상의 결과를 통해 행복한 결혼을 위한 전제과정인 이성관계의 주요변인이 사랑유형에 영향을 미치는 자아존중감, 관계만족도, 신뢰도 등의 영향의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Love starts to become more sensitive and interesting in the early days of adulthood, which is when the person is becoming an adult. The love that is experienced within this period with the opposite sex is very important since it doesn't just influence the individual's growth factors but it also gets connected and influences the choices they make in the future when choosing a spouse and after adulthood is totally reached, it will keep on giving out influences from it as well. By this, this research will use John Alan Lee's(l973) Theory of Love Types(Eros, Ludus, Storge, Mania, Pragma and Agape) as the basic background This research has collected its data using non-married male and females with their age ranging from the 20s and their 30s. We analyzed a total of 314 people, which brought out a similar sex ratio. For us to classify the types of love there is, we used the LAS scale, the self-esteem scale, satisfaction scale, satisfaction within relationships. The differences of self-esteem and relationship satisfaction may be affected, depending on different methods. The summary of the results is as follows. First, males tended to show more eros, storge and agape types of love while females tended to show more Iud us, mania and pragma types of love. Second, self-esteem numbers were bigger in agape, eros and ludus than in storge, mania and pragma. Third, agape and eros had an above average number in their satisfaction in the relationships their having with pragma, storge, ludus and mania showing satisfactions that are lower than the average. Fourth, differences in the reliabilities in their relationships showed that eros, ludus and agape showed a higher reliability and storge, mania and pragma tended to be lower than the average.
