국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 SCM활동과 경영성과와의 관련성을 실증적으로 분석하는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저 국내외에서 진행된 문헌연구를 고찰하고, 이를 기초로 연구의 모형과가설을 설정하였다. 그리고 설정된 모형과가설을 기반으로 변수의 조작적 정의를 내린 후 국내의 제조기업을 대상으로 SCM활동과 경영성과간의 관련성을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 첫 번째 연구결과, 기대성과 만족도의 고객서비스 향상과 비용절감에만 유의한 수준의 영향을 주고 있고 기업 전체의 활력을 주는 활동성 향상에는 영향을 거의 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다고 볼 수 있다. 두 번째 연구결과, 국내 제조기업은 SCM 통합 활동중공급자통합 활동에는 적극적인 것으로 나타나 수급불안전성, 자산 특유성, 신뢰가 이러한 활동에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the supply chain management activities and business performance. To achieve this goal, the domestic and international literature review was firstly conducted on the study. Based on the study model and the hypotheses was set. and After we made the operational definition of variables of the manufacturing industry to target domestic and business relationships between supply chain management activities was empirically analyzed. Firstly, As a result of this study, Partner relationships and customer satisfaction was affected and the organization in the ability was affected. But business activity was not affected. Secondly, As a result of this study, Productivity was affected and Financial Performance, Integrated Supplier and Integrated Stock was affected. But Integrated Customer Value was not affected. Characteristics of the survey responses and the Korean manufacturing industries are analyzed. Statistical analyses are performed using Excel.
