국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 불변산업연관표를 이용하여 한국 창조산업의 부가가치 구조와 부가가치유발효과의 변화추이 및 그 특징을 분석하는 것이다. 부가가치구조 분석결과 첫째, 창조산업의 경제 내 부가가치비중이 증가추세를 보이고 있으나 부가가치율은 지속적으로 낮아지고 있다. 둘째, 최종수요 구성요인별로 보면 창조산업의 부가가치성장에 가장 핵심적인 역할을 하는 교육서비스(주로 소비수요에 의해)와 사업서비스(주로 투자 및 수출수요에 의해) 중 교육서비스는 내수부문의 성장유무에 따라, 사업서비스는 투자 및 수출수요의 성장여부가 가장 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 부가가치유발효과 분석결과 첫째, 창조산업 내 주요산업부문간의 연관관계가 보다 심화되어 있으나 경제의 서비스화가 진행되면서 타 산업부문과의 투입 및 수요관계의 확대를 통한 상호의존도가 점차 커지고 있다. 둘째, 창조산업의 최종수요에 의한 부가가치유발효과는 직간접효과 모두 낮아지는 추세인데, 수입유발효과가 커지고 있기 때문이다. 셋째, 부가가치유발에 의한 전후방연관효과 모두 수출수요, 투자수요, 소비수요의 순을 보였다. 그리고 소비수요에 의한 전후방연관효과는 점차 낮아지는 추세지만 투자 및 수출수요에 의한 전후방연관효과는 증가추세이다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study is to figure out the structural changes of value-added, value-added inducement effects, and intra-industrial back ward-forward linkages effect in the Korean Creative Industry sectors by the constant-priced input-output analysis. Major findings of this study are as follows; First, value-added ratio has continuously been on a downward trends while value-added composition of creative industry sectors to the whole economy sector has been on an increasing trends. Second, the most important sectors to the value-added growth of creative industry sectors are education service (mainly influenced by the consumption demand factor) and business service sector(mostly influenced by the investment and export demand factor). Third, the intra-industrial relations within the creative industry sector has largely been deepening, but the inter-dependency of other sectors with the creative industry sector has also been rising gradually through the expansion of inter-input and inter-demand relations. Fourth, the direct and indirect value-added inducement effects of the creative industry sectors have been declining due to the increase of import inducement effects. Lastly, both backward linkages and forward linkages effects of creative industry sectors on the base of compositional factors of final demand have been in order of export (upward trends), investment (upward trends), and consumption demand (downward trends), etc.
