국문 초록

본 논문은 주문 생산 제조 기업이 공급 계약을 통해 구현할 수 있는 두 가지 형태의 부품 재고 보충 전략을 제시하고 있다. 첫 번째 전략은 제조 기업이 평균이 같은 공통 주문 인도 기간 확률 분포를 갖는 복수의 공급업체들과 동일한 양을 공급받는 계약을 체결하는 전략이다. 이에 반해 두 번째 전략은 기준 주문량의 정수배를 공급할 수 있는 단일 공급 업체와의 계약을 통해 구현된다. 본 논문에서는 이 두 전략을 동적 계획법으로 모델링하고, 이를 토대로 두 전략의 수행도를 비교하기 위한 수치 실험을 진행한다. 수치 실험의 결과를 토대로 본 논문은 두 전략의 최적 수행도에 대한 모수 값들의 영향을 설명한다.

영문 초록

We present two types of component replenishment strategies for a make-to-order manufacturer which can be implemented through the supply contract. Under the first strategy, the manufacturer contracts with multiple suppliers that have a common lead time distribution with the same mean, and the order quantity is the same across the suppliers. The second strategy is built on the contract with a single supplier which commits to supply the component subject to the integer multiple of the basic order quantity. They are numerically compared using the dynamic programming equations. We provide the explanations and insights to help understanding the impact of problem parameters on the optimal performance.
