국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 홀리스틱 관점에서 이루어지는 체육지도자의 멘토링을 분석하는데 있었다. 이를 위해 대학운동선수 342명을 연구 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 대학운동선수의 걱정거리와 체육지도자의 조언으로 구분하여 빈도 및 백분율을 분석하였으며, 성별과 운동종목별 차이에 대한 X2 검증을 하였다. 이 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학운동선수는 신체적.기술적.심리적.직업적 걱정거리가 있다. 체육지도자는 선수에게 신체적.기술적.심리적 조언을 하고 있다. 둘째, 대학운동선수의 성별과 운동종목에 따라 걱정거리는 차이가 있다. 셋째, 체육지도자의 조언은 선수의 성별과 운동종목에 따라 차이가 없다. 체육지도자와 선수의 관심사는 일치하며, 체육지도자는 선수를 공정하게 지도하고 있다. 체육지도자는 선수의 다양한 특성을 이해하고 지도해야 한다. 홀리스틱 관점은 체육지도자에게 선수를 이해하고 배려할 수 있는 양방향적인 관점을 제공해 줄 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to Analysis on sports leaders' mentoring at holistic perspective. 342 subjects were selected from college athletes. The selected data were classified according to college athletes' worry and sports leaders' mentoring and then frequency and percentage of the data were analyzed. The college athletes' different worries were analyzed according to gender of college athletes and type of sports using x2 test. The following results were obtained. First, the college athletes had physical, technical, psychological and professional worries. The sports leaders gave college athletes advice on physical, technical, psychological and professional mentoring. Second, Worries differ statistically according to gender of college athletes and type of sports. Third, the sports leaders' mentoring did not differ statistically according to gender of college athletes and type of sports. The sports leaders and college athletes's interests were agreed. The sports leaders have instructed justly college athletes. The sports leaders should understand a variety of athletes' characteristics. The sports leaders' mentoring at holistic perspective can provide two way veiwpoint based on understanding college athletes.
