영문 초록

The mainstream of the literature on international containers trade focuses on forecasting of containers trading volume or effects of exchange rates on the trade even though the structural changes in Korean economy may lead changes in international trading volume as well as changes in items of trading products. The objective of this study is to examine effects of changes in industrial structure on international containers trade in Korea. The results show that changes in industrial structure significantly impact export volume of containers regardless of use of alternative industrial structures.
