국문 초록

본 연구는 교사양성기관에서 특수교육관련 교과목의 운영실태를 살펴보고자 초등양성 기관 12곳과 사범계열 중등학교 교사 양성기관 113곳을 연구대상으로 선정하여 설문과 이메일 전화 상담을 통해 조사하였다. 조사의 실시기간은 2009년 12월 21일부터 2010년 1월 26일까지였다. 그 결과 2학점 수준의 교과 이수, 법령 고시 이후에 수동적으로 개설된 교과목형태, 비전임 교원들에 의한 교과지도 등의 한계들로 인해 법령 고시의 궁극적인 목적을 달성하기에는 많은 문제점이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 해결하기 위해 교과목 이수시간 확대, 특수교육관련 교과목의 다양화 및 임용시험에서 가산점제도의 도입, 담당교수 확보의 의무화와 시설 및 환경개선 등을 위한 노력들이 지속적으로 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study selected 12 elementary school teacher fostering institutes and 113 middle school teacher fostering institutes as the research objectives to look into the operation status of curriculum related to special education in general teacher-training course. This study researched these through the questionnaires and e-mail from December 21, 2009 to January 26, 2010. The research devices were produced with the advice of the staff in charge of education working in 3 institutes in G Megalopolis, and corrected and supplemented through the preliminary survey of the staff in charge of education working in 3 institutes in G Megalopolis. In this result, it has appeared that there are a lot of problems to attain the ultimate purpose of the legal announcement owing to the limitation such as the curriculum type, which was passively established after announcement of the law, direction of the curriculum of the temporary teachers and etc. In order to solve this, the endeavors to expand the completion hours of the curriculum, vary the curriculum related to the special education, make the acquirement of the professor in charge obligatory, improve the facility and environment and etc. will be continuously necessary.
