원격교육의 학습자 만족모형에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 원격교육의 학습자 만족에 영향을 미치는 상호작용의 매개역할을 검증하기위해 원격교육의 학습자 만족에 영향을 미치는 선행요인을 규명하고 상호작용의 매개역할을 분석하였다. 본 연구모형은 3개의 외생요인들(기술요인, 학습지원 요인, 평가요인)과 2개의 내생요인들(상호작용 요인, 원격교육의 학습자 만족요인)로 구성되었으며, 특히 상호작용 요인은 3개의 외생요인과 학습자 만족요인간의 매개변수로서 정의되었다. 구조방정식모형 분석결과 기술요인, 평가요인은 상호작용 요인과 학습자만족요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학습지원 요인은 학습자 만족에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하고 상호작용 요인을 통해서만 학습자 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 상호작용 요인이 외생요인(기술요인, 학습지원 요인, 평가요인)과 학습자 만족 간의 주요한 매개역할을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to test the factors influencing the interaction and the learner satisfaction of distance learning. The research model was developed based on the existing literature review. The factors influencing the interaction factor and the learner satisfaction of distance education consist of three factors(technology factor, study support factor, assessment factor). In this research, the intermediary role of the interaction for the learner satisfaction was analyzed. The analysis results revealed that all factors were very significant factors influencing the customer satisfaction via interaction. Especially, Three factors(technology factor, study support factor, assessment factor) were significant factors influencing the learner satisfaction through an interaction. Study support factor was no significant factor direct influencing the customer satisfaction. We can prospect that importance of distance education is more and more increasing in the future. Therefore, universities and company have to improve learner satisfaction-level through the development and evaluation of distance education satisfaction model.
