국문 초록

이 연구는 지체․뇌병변장애인을 위한 컴퓨터입력 보조기기 사용능력 평가문항을 개발하기 위한 타당화 과정으로 평가문항의 유형탐색을 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구에서 제시한 지체․뇌병변장애인을 위한 컴퓨터입력 보조기기 사용능력 평가 예비 문항을 구성하고, 216명의 전문가와 사용자들로부터 문항의 필요도에 대한 응답을 받았다. 그리고 문항분석, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 타당화하였다. 그 결과, ① 스위치 작동 기능평가, ② 커서 이동 기능평가, ③ 입력기기 기초기능평가, ④ 화면입력 기능평가, ⑤ 윈도우 환경 조정 평가, ⑥ 대체 마우스․입력기기 유형평가, ⑦ 대체 키보드․입력기기 유형평가의 7개 영역에 속하는 39개 문항이 ‘지체․뇌병변장애인을 위한 컴퓨터입력 보조기기 사용능력 평가문항’으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구에서 개발된 평가문항을 통해 지체․뇌병변장애인이 컴퓨터입력 보조기기를 선택하는데 있어 보다 체계적이고 객관적인 근거를 제시할 수 있게 되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to develop and validate screening index on assistive devices of computer input for individuals with physical disabilities. To do so, researchers constructed 60 preliminary items of screening assistive devices of computer input for individuals with physical disabilities, based on the study of Yook et al.(2009). we conducted a 216 professional and user survey to collect responses if the 60 preliminary items are necessary to screen assistive devices of computer input for people with physical disabilities. The preliminary items were validated through items analysis and exploratory factor analysis. As a result, we found out 7 areas and 39 items: (a) Screening Switch Operation Skills, (b) Screening Cursor Movement Skills, (c) Screening Input Device Operation Skills, (d) Screening Monitor Input Skills, (e) Screening Windows Adjustment Skills, (f) Screening Types of Alternative Mice and Input Devices, and (g) Screening Types of Alternative Keyboards and Input Devices. Persons with physical disabilities could select assistive devices to access computers more systematically, using this validated screening index.
