조음음운장애 진단 및 평가에 관한 질적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내외 문헌을 중심으로 현재 사용하고 있는 조음음운장애의 진단 및 평가방법에 대하여 고찰한 뒤 현장에서 일하고 있는 언어치료전문가 및 관련 학문분야의 전문가들에게 기존의 진단 및 평가모형에 대한 문제점과 새로운 제안내용을 조사하였다. 조사방법은 질적 연구방법으로 조음음운장애 진단에 대한 주제로 개발한 질문지를 사용하여 심층면담을 실시하였다. 면담 중 진단모형 외에 현재 사용하고 있는 조음음운 평가과정에서의 문제에 대한 해결책 제시와 조음음운장애를 위한 바람직한 평가방법 및 내용에 관하여 질적 분석하였다. 면담자료를 전사하여 분석한 결과 모형에서 고려해야 할 큰 주제로 세 가지 진단가, 진단맥락, 진단대상이 도출되었다. 그리고 10개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 앞으로 각 주제들은 다음 연구에서 광범위한 조사연구를 통하여 임상가들에게 타당화 검증을 받게 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a Korean assessment model for the articulation and phonological disordered person. Interviews with 3 speech therapists from 3 different clinical settings, and 3 professors from related areas(phonetics, Korean phonology, and Teaching Korean as a Second Language)were conducted and the results analyzed by using a qualitative, constant-comparative design. Three themes for the future assessment model for Korean phonology disorders emerged from the qualitative analysis: (1) diagnostician(include setting), (2) client, and (3) diagnosis context. In addition, 10 subthemes were derived from the 3 main themes. From the first theme, three subthemes were obtained: the clinical setting(hospital, private or public center, school etc.), the ability of perception(ear training), and the considerations for standard of errors. The second main theme comprised four subthemes: the objective evaluation, the phonological processes, the phonological awareness, and the standardized paragraph(or sentences) for articulation and phonology test. Finally, the three subthemes obtained from the third main theme were the etiology, age, and language(or dialectal) variation.
