영문 초록

The setup of anti-monopoly law enforcement agency has been highly concerned in the process of China's anti-monopoly legislation, because it will be a profound impact on the implementation of the "Anti-monopoly Law" There are two articles about the setup of enforcement agency provided in the "Anti-monopoly Law" Before the promulgation of the State Council's related implementation detail regulations, China's anti-roonopoly law enforcement mode IS gradually rooving from the original decentralized enforcemert toward the relative concentrativeenforcement. Compared and learned from the experience of the setup of anti-roonopoly law enforcement agencies of South Korea and other countries, as well as analyzed the current mainstream view of the setup of anti-monopoly law enforcement agency, the paper advocated that China should set up one independent and highly authoritative anti-monopoly law enforGelll3nt agency to achieve the positive role of arti-monopoly law: Ani in the special econorric background in which there are a lot of admiristrative roonopoly, the anti-monopoly law enforcemert agency must have soroo special designs in the organization system and authority aspects.
