독서치료가 갈등부모를 둔 아동의 정서적 어려움 극복에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 갈등부모를 둔 아동의 정서적 어려움을 극복하는데 도움을 줄 있는 독서치료를 구성하고, 독서치료의 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 갈등부모를 둔 아동 중 독서치료에 참여 의사를 밝힌 20명을 선정하여 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 10명씩 배치하였다. 독서치료가 아동의 정서적 관계변인에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 각 집단별로 사전, 사후, 추후 검사를 분류해서 채점한 후, 평균과 표준편차를 살펴보았다. 독서치료의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 사전점수를 공변인으로 하여, 실험집단과 통제집단의 사후검사 점수, 추후검사를 종속변인으로 한 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 척도는 분노표현척도, 수치심 및 죄책감 경향성 척도, 아동평가 척도 중 움츠림/불안 척도이다. 연구결과 분노표출변인, 죄책감 경향성과 움츠림-불안 변인에 대해서는 독서치료 실시 후 유의한 변화가 나타났고, 그 효과는 추후까지 지속된 것으로 나타났다. 분노통제변인에서는 독서치료 실시 후에는 효과가 나타나지 않았으나, 추후에서는 효과가 나타났고. 수치심 경향성 변인은 프로그램 실시 직후에는 변화가 나타났으나, 추후까지 그 변화가 지속되지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop the bibliotherapy for the children of a marital conflict family and to evaluate the effectiveness of this bibliotherapy. The subjects of this study were 20 children who were divided into 2 groups: the experimental group(n=10) and control group(n=10). The experimental group participated in the bibliotherapy program. The bibliotherapy of these experimental groups were implemented twice a week for 60 minutes per session over 6-week period. But there were no treatments for the control group. The pre-test, the post-test and the follow-up test were implemented in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the bibliotherapy. The instruments used in the study were the Shame Conscience Scale and the Guilty Conscience Scale, the Anger Expression Scale, to survey the child's emotion, The data was analyzed using ANCOVA, The group bibliotherapy used for data analysis was SPSS 12.0 for Windows and the statistical significance level was set at .05. The findings of the study were as follows: The experimental group had significant effects on decreasing the level of anger suppression, anger manifestation. anger control, shame/ guilty conscience shrink/insecurity. Meanwhile the control group did not show any significant change. Based on these findings, the limitation of the study was discussed, and further research was suggested.
