국문 초록

본 연구는 장애체험활동 후 또래인터뷰 보고서 작성 프로그램이 장애학생에 대한 비장애학생의 수용성태도와 활동선호도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 설계는 단일집단 사전-사후검사 설계이었으며, 연구대상은 농촌소재 일반초등학교 4학년 한 학급 학생 26명(남10, 여16)이었다. 수용성 태도 척도는 17문항으로 구성된 자기보고식 질문지(Voeltz, 1980)를 사용하여 측정하였고, 활동선호도 척도는 15문항으로 구성된 질문지(Siperstein & Gottlieb, 1977)를 사용하여 측정하였으며, 장애체험활동 후 또래인터뷰를 하고 자신의 생각과 느낌에 대한 보고서를 작성하게 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애체험활동 후 또래인터뷰 보고서 작성 프로그램이 장애학생에 대한 비장애학생의 수용성 태도를 향상시켰다. 둘째, 장애체험활동 후 또래인터뷰 보고서 작성 프로그램이 장애학생에 대한 비장애학생의 활동선호도를 향상시켰다. 셋째, 비장애학생은 장애체험활동 후 또래인터뷰 보고서 작성 프로그램이 장애학생을 이해하는데 도움이 되었다고 인식하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of peer interview journal writing following disability experiences on non-disabled children's attitudes toward children with disabilities. The subjects were 26 non-disabled fourth-grade elementary school children. The program was conducted through 20 sessions for 5 weeks. The experiment design consisted of pre-test, intervention program(peer interview journal writing following disability experiences). and post-test. The disability experience program included disability experiences such as writing with toes. walking using a white cane, trying to understand TV programs without auditory inputs, eating candies with the hands in mittens, and so on, After experiencing disabilities, nondisabled students wrote a journal before and after interviewing friends. The study results were as following: (a) the program of peer interview journal writing following disability experiences influenced nondisabled students' attitudes toward students with disabilities positively. (b) the program of peer interview journal writing following disability experiences influenced nondisabled students' behavioral preferences for students with disabilities positively. (c) nondisabled students perceived that the program of peer interview journal writing following disability experiences was effective for changing their attitudes. The recommendations for future studies suggested on the basis of the research findings are as follows: (a) It should be figured out that effective components of the program package and (b) Various systematic strategies and programs should be developed for changing nondisabled students' attitudes toward students with disabilities.
