국문 초록

인지운동치료의 기본 개념은 운동기능회복을 정상적인 회복과 병적상태에서 생겨난 학습이라고 보며, 학습이 인지과정 발달을 근거로 한다면, 운동치료도 인지과정의 발달을 근거로 해야 한다는 것이다. 인지운동치료에서의 운동기능회복은 지각, 주의, 기억, 판단, 언어를 재현하는 뇌의 인지과정 활성화에 밀접하게 관련되어 있으며, 회복의 질은 이러한 활성화가 바르게 실현되는 정도에 있다고 본다. 인지운동치료의 실제적인 접근은 의문에 대한 문제점을 인식하고 문제를 해결하기 위해서 가설을 세우고, 가설을 검증하기 위하여 훈련을 하고 훈련 결과로써 가설을 검증한다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 또 다른 의문을 갖게 되는 순환의 과정이다. 인지운동치료는 신체와 환경과의 상호관계를 조직화하기 위하여, 필요한 기준을 제시하는 심리적 도구로 개발된 훈련 기구를 활용하여서 치료를 한다. 환자의 독립적인 삶의 영역확대를 위하여 목적 있는 활동을 적용하는 재활치료영역에서의 치료적 접근방법의 하나로 인지운동치료를 소개한다.

영문 초록

For the basic concept of cognitive exercise therapy(Esercizio Terapeutico Conosctivo: ETC), the recovery of motor functions is regarded as the learning derived from a morbid condition; if the learning is based upon development of cognitive process, exercise therapy should be also done so in the same manner. In cognitive exercise therapy, it is considered that the recovery of motor functions is associated closely with activation of cognitive process by the brain which represents perception, attention, memory, judgement and language, and the quality of recovery depends on the degree of its correct achievement. For practical approach to cognitive exercise therapy, a hypothesis is formulated to identify and solve the relevant questionable problems, and is verifled through the result of actually conducted training sessions. This course is cyclic, helping raise another question during the course. In order to organize a correlation between the body and the environment. cognitive exercise therapy uses a special training instrument developed as a psychologlcal tool indicating necessary criteria, for the sake of treatment. In this study, cognitive exercise therapy is introduced as a sort of new therapeutic approach in Rehabilitation therapy area where purposeful activities are applied so as to expand the available arena for the client's independent life.
