국문 초록

전자정부와 같은 전자상거래를 향상시키기 위한 다양한 정책들은, 비록 중국이 다른 국가보다는 전자상거래를 늦게 도입하였지만 중국에서의 전자상거래를 확장시키고 있다. 중국은 글로벌 전자상거래 산업에서의 거대한 역할을 수행할 수 있는 다양한 자원과 수단 그리고 동기를 가지고 있으나 시장의 규모나 범위차원에서 다른 국가들보다 뒤떨어져 있다. 한·중 전자상거래 협력사업은 한·중·일 전자상거래 협력사업의 일부로서 이루어져 왔다. 한중 전자상거래 협력사업의 성과는 초라하지만 한일 전자상거래 협력사업의 성과는 이보다는 다소 좋다. 한·중 전자상거래 협력사업의 성과부진을 해결하기 위해서 비전과 로그맵 개발 그리고 정부차원의 조직개편 그리고 충분한 예산, 정보격차의 고려 그리고 한·중 전자상거래 협력사업을 위한 한·중·일 전자상거래협력의 발전이 있어야 한다. 본 논문의 목적은 한·중 전자상거래협력사업의 현황을 분석하고 그 문제점과 해결방안을 모색함으로써 한·중 전자상거래 협력사업을 개선시키고 중국의 전자상거래 인프라를 개선시키는데 기여하는 것이다.

영문 초록

A variety of policy for improving e-Commerce such as e-Government is expanding e-Commerce in China though China introduced e-Commerce later than other countries. China has the various resources, the means, and the motivation to be a big player in the global e-commerce industry but is lagging far behind other countries in terms of market size and scope. E-Commerce Cooperation between Korea and China has been undergone as a part of Korea-Japan-China e-Commerce Cooperation projects. The outcome of e-Commerce Cooperation between Korea and China is poor but that of e-Commerce Cooperation between Korea and Japan is better than the former. To solve the poor outcome of E-Commerce Cooperation between Korea and China, there must be the development of Vision and roadmap and organizational reform in Government, sufficient budget, consideration of digital divide and improvement of Korea-Japan-China e-Commerce Cooperation for e-Commerce Cooperation between Korea and China. The purpose of this paper contributes to improve the e-Commerce cooperation between Korean and China and to improve e-Commerce infrastructures in China by estimating current e-Commerce Cooperation between Korea and China and finding the problems and solutions of Korea and China e-Commerce cooperation.
