국문 초록

본 연구는 한부모가정 모-자 관계개선을 위한 집단 모자미술치료 활동으로 모-자의 경험을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 한부모 가정의 모와 자녀들로, 아동-청소년 6명과 그들의 어머니 6명으로 총 10회기로 진행되었으며 모자미술치료로서 긍정적 의사소통과 상호작용을 경험하도록 프로그램을 구성하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모자 집단미술치료를 경험 한 한부모 가정의 모-자는 프로그램 전, 후를 비교하였을 때 서로에 대한 부정적 평가와 반응이 긍정적으로 변화되었음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 회기가 진행이 되는 동안 경험한 협동 작업을 통해 모-자간의 친밀감이 형성되어 긍정적인 피드백이 이루어졌으며 이것을 바탕으로 긍정적인 모-자 관계가 형성되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 비슷한 경험을 가진 집단원들이 관계를 통해 집단 응집력을 형성하는 것은 물론이고 집단 내에 수용되어짐을 체험함으로써 그동안 가지고 있던 부정적인 자기상을 버리고 새로운 긍정적인 자기상 형성을 하도록 도움을 준 것이 확인되었다. 따라서 한부모 가정 모-자 관계개선을 위한 집단 모자미술치료활동을 통해 참여자들은 긍정적 의사소통과 상호작용을 체험하였음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is to analyze the mother-child experience in the group art therapy activity for improvement of the relationship between the single mother and child. The objectives of the study were the mothers and children of single parent households. 6 mothers and 6 children/youths were selected and the activities were held 10 art therapy sessions. The program was composed of mother-child art therapy to experience the positive communication and interaction. The results of this study are as follows: First, the mothers and children of single-mom household who experienced the group mother-child art therapy showed a change in the mutual attitudes and responses from the former negative ones to the positive ones after the program. Second, as the session was going on, the cooperative working the had been experienced so far caused to create the intimacy between mother and child and form the positive feedback. On this basis, it was seen, the relationship between mother and child kept on improving. Moreover, by forming the group cohesive power through the relationship among the group members with similar experiences and by experiencing the acceptance into the group, they came to dessert the negative self images which they had for a long time and to create the new positive images through the program. Therefore, the group mother-child art therapy activity for improving the relationship between single mother and child was shown to be helpful in creating the positive communication and interaction among the participants.
