국문 초록

  본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 교사들을 대상으로 낙관성 증진 프로그램을 실시하여 초등교사의 낙관성과 자아탄력성에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자하는 것이다 본 연구를 위해 실험집단과 통제집단 각각 21명의 초등교사를 대상으로 낙관성 증진 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구결과 실험집단 초등교사들의 낙관성과 자아탄력성이 통제집단에 비해 유의미하게 향상되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 초등학생의 전인적 성장과 발달에 큰 영향을 미치는 초등교사를 위한 낙관성 증진 프로그램의 실시와 보급의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study is to construct the Optimism Enhancement Program for elementary school teachers and to investigate the effects of the Optimism Enhancement Program on elementary school teachers" optimism and ego-resilience.
  Subjects of this study consisted of 42 elementary school teachers. Out of them, 21 teachers who made up an experimental group hoped to participate in the Optimism Enhancement Program, and the other 21 teachers who constituted a control group were selected from the same gender and teaching career as the experimental group teachers in order to make the two groups homogeneous.
  The results showed that the teachers who participated in the program made a significant progress in optimism and ego-resilience. These results suggest that it is needed to offer and spread the optimism program for elementary school teachers who can have great influence on the growth and development of elementary school students as a whole man.
