국문 초록

  모든 인간의 행위는 정신적 과정의 기능을 거쳐 행동으로 나타나기 때문에 범죄를 저지르는 사람들의 범죄행위 역시도 그 과정의 산물이라 할 수 있다.
  범죄를 저지르는 사람의 범죄행위 유발 요인은 개인적, 사회적 측면으로 구분할 수 있다. 이중에서 우발적이고 격정적인 범행과 범죄 자체를 생계의 수단으로 활용하여 실행하거나, 이미 범죄자체를 생활의 일부분으로 여기는 상습적이고, 전문적이며, 직업적인 범죄는 구분할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 범죄자체를 생활의 한 패턴으로 인식하여 범죄자체를 직업적으로 여기고 상습적이고 만성적으로 행하는 범죄자들의 심리적 요인을 분석하고 성폭력 범죄, 마약류 범죄, 조직폭력 범죄, 절도범죄를 통해 각 범죄의 유형별로 상습적이고 만성적인 직업범죄자의 심리적 특성과 그에 따른 대응방안에 대해서 논의하였다.

영문 초록

  This research is for the cumulative offenses through work or business, which are convicted without causation. The goal is to prepare the efficient policy of police force.
  Cases of chronic offences and the outcomes are as complicated and misinterpreted in many cases as the title reads. There are many extreme and in-depth investigated categories that include, life style crime, company organized crime, gambling, drug lords, prostitution and crime for living.
  There are many degrees that come into the criminal mind. The following are just a few minor examples:
  1. Psychological, regarding either mental or/and physical disabilities and the denial of guilt.
  2. Having discrepancy of socialization, regarding guidance and fellowship within the social existence
  3. Trauma, regarding the upbringing of one’s personal life and experiences throughout.
  Like the other second offenders, the chronic offenders assume that their perception of proceeding criminal activity will enhance their capabilities in gaining wealth and benefits towards the thoughts of freedom. This then cycles back around to the question of the psychological agenda of the mind.
  By analyzing these components, the overall outcome of this thesis delivers the current speculations and understandings of the chronic offences and the psychological characteristics of the criminal world.
