유해환경이 청소년비행에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구

국문 초록

  이 연구에서는 유해환경이 청소년비행에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그렇다면 유해환경의 차단을 통한 청소년비행의 억제방안에 대해서 논의하였다. 따라서 우리 사회에 만연해 있는 유해환경은 특히 청소년들에게 악영향을 주고 이들의 비행에 직간접적으로 영향을 미칠것이라는 가설을 설정하여 이를 실증적으로 검증을 하였다.
  이 연구의 결과, 유해매체물, 유해약물, 유해물건, 유해업소, 유해 행위와의 근접성은 청소년비행과 정적인 상관관계를 보여주었으며, 유해환경은 청소년의 비행에 직간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학습이론적 요인이 강하게 작용할수록, 통제이론적 요인이 약하게 작용할수록 비행과 높은 상관관계를 보여주었다. 또한 각각의 유해환경과 대인비행과의 회귀분석은 유해행위가 가장 중요한 변수로 도출되었고, 대물비행과의 회귀분석은 유해약물이 가장 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 약물비행에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 유해매체물, 유해약물, 유해업소가 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지위비행과에 영향을 미치는 요인에는 유해매체물, 유해약물, 유해행위가 중요한 영향을 미친다고 결론지을 수 있다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this research is to seek a influence between noxious environment and juvenile delinquency in Korea. we expect the hypothesis that noxious environment can affect juvenile directly or indirectly and certified that one.
  We put theoretical background to social learning theory, social control theory, community policing theory and CPTED(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) theory, and survey to juvenile as social learning theory, social control theory and to policemen as community policing theory, CPTED theory.
  It is placed that noxious environment as independent values, juvenile delinquency as subordinate values, and test correlation, regression analysis. I place noxious environment as harmful media, drug, objects, shops, behaviors, and put juvenile delinquency as to people, things, drug, status delinquency.
  While social learning theoretical factor function stronger, social control theoretical factor function weaker, juvenile delinquency is closer correlations. Delinquency to people is more concerned harmful with environment highly, Delinquency to things is more concerned harmful with harmful drugs. Drug Delinquency is affected by harmful media, drug and shops, and status delinquency is consequent with noxious media, drugs, behaviors.
  Propulsive and control environmental factor is social learning theoretical factor to affect delinquency to people, objects. Drug delinquency is concerned with social learning factor and CPTED factor, status delinquency is affected by the same factor, too. Social learning theoretical factor is the most connected with juvenile delinquency.
  For stop up noxious environment, it is necessary that systemic arrangement and reinforcement law and order, and operate administrator to manage special portion, consolidate civil autonomy group.
  The problem with juvenile delinquency is solved with together house, school and community, we strengthen social control factors. Community policing is alternative proposal cope with juvenile delinquency, and improve from noxious environment to advantage environment.
