영문 초록

  1. CONTENTS
  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
  The objective of this research is to look into the general trend of attractive properties of investment which the investors in real estate are inclined to pursue and the influence of the attractive properties of investment in real estate on realized rate of return and investors! satisfaction with investment.
  (2) RESEARCH METHOD
  The data were analyzed by SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The analytical methods used in this study were frequency, mean, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression, logistic regression. To verify the reliability of each measure, Cronbach"s alpha coefficient was used.
  (3) RESEARCH RESULTS
  According to the research survey, it was found that Investors pursued payback possibility the most among attractive properties of investment and pursued by the order of accessibility, guaranty of earnings, developmental possibility, possibility of authorization and permission.
  2. RESULTS
  The influence of the attractive properties of investment in real estate on realized rate of return was found to come out by the order of developmental possibility, guaranty of earnings, and possibility of authorization and permission.
  As a result of survey on the attractive properties of investment in real estate, the guaranty factor of earnings was found to show the highest increase rate followed by the accessibility factor.
