  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
  Through this research, we look over the past transition process of Idyllic Housing and find out the causes of present Idyllic Housing problems. This research studies on these and suggests better Idyllic Housing s direction and future prospects. Moreover, this will help in ensuring that a better Real Estate culture is nurtured and adopted.
  (2) RESEARCH METHOD
  Reference to various documentary records, theses, and Internet
  (3) RESEARCH RESULTS
  For Idyllic Housings that satisfies both owners and government and develops continuously, fostering management mind of owners, creating various theme and efforts.
  2. RESULTS
  Idyllic Housing is one of the important factors that reflect the transition of a nation and society. Showing concerns in growth of our country"s Idyllic Housing is exerted for a long term in lots of fields. However, still there are a lot of problems such as environmental pollution, lack of cooperation with the government and the application of ineffective laws and systems related to the national idyllic housing plan. To solve these problems. alternatives such as the reformation of the related laws and systems, support enterprises and the harmony with surrounding environment through the successive development plan. we continuously make plans for the future in order to meet the demand of people by apprehending the updated trend and analyzing the demand of Idyllic Housing. Constant efforts and researches are required in order to attain a brighter future.
