다원적 접근에 기초한 창의성 훈련 프로그램의 효과

국문 초록

  창의성의 이론, 개념, 측정, 훈련에 대한 연구는 다양한 측면에서 다양하게 접근되고 있다. 특히 창의성 훈련의 경우 창의성은 개발될 수 있다는 측면에서 많은 연구자들이 창의성 훈련을 실시하고 그 효과를 검증하고 있다. 본 연구에서도 창의성 훈련은 개발 될 수 있다는 가정 하에서 창의적 문제해결 단계 즉, 문제발견, 문제해결, 해결책 수행의 전 단계를 훈련 프로그램에 설계하여 각각의 단계에서 창의성 훈련을 받은 실험집단이 훈련을 받지 않은 통제 집단 보다 창의성 검사 중 인지적 영역검사와 정의적 영역 검사 그리고 산출물 검사에서 유의미한 차이가 있을 것인가?를 알아보고자 하였다.
  연구결과 정의적 영역에서는 전 단계에서 유의미한 차이가 없었으며, 인지적 영역의 경우전 영역에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 인지적 영역 중 유창성, 융통성, 독창성에서 유의미한 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 창의성 지수의 경우 실험집단은 정의적 영역과 인지적 영역의 대부분에서 전국 6학년 평균 점수 보다 더 높게 나타났다. 연구의 제한 점은 표집이 전국적이지 못했던 부분과 사전검사를 실시하지 않고 설계 하여 검증한 부분이 있으므로 다음 연구자들은 이러한 부분을 고려하여 검증해 볼 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

  Creative training program is entering its fifth decade since Osborn(1963) introduced the technique he called brainstorming. But this study revealed many problems in the creative training program. So, This study has used the multi-dimension approach to answer the need for problems. The purpose of the present study was to investigate effectiveness of creative training program based on the multi-dimension approach. To achieve the purpose, 67 voluntary students in the elementary school were participated the study. In research design a qualitative and quantitative methodology was utilized in this research. Means from difference of the result was analyzed by SPSSWIN 8.0 Program.
  The results of the study were summarized as follows:
  First, there is no significant difference between on the affective fields. Second, effects of creative training program based on the multi-dimension approach seemed to have little effect on the SAM(Something about Myself) Test and sub-factor. If we think the root cause, in creative character case agreed with the past research on this point. Third, in a figure test of the cognitive fields there is significant difference control group and experiment group. Fourth, fluence, flexibility, originality sub factor of a figure test are significant difference. But there are no difference on the elaborateness. Fifth, in all of the cognitive fields also have further revealed and confirmed the difference between control group and experiment group. Sixth, test of creative products was a lot of response more than control group.
