국문 초록

  본 연구의 목적은 변화되고 있는 정부의 가족정책 방향에 근거하여 건강가정지원센터와 종합사회복지관과의 사업내용을 비교분석하여 효율적 가족복지 전달체계로서의 역할 정체성을 규명하며 이들 간의 협력방안을 제시하는 데 있다.
  이를 위해 건강가정 사업의 전담 조직인 시ㆍ 군ㆍ 구 건강가정지원 센터의 사업과 건강가정지원법 제정 이전부터 가족 지원 사업을 전개해온 종합사회복지관의 2005년도 사업결과를 기반으로 법률상의 건강가정사업 수행현황과 두 전달체계의 강점과 약점으로 분류하여 파악하였다.
  사회복지관은 가족 유형별 지원 사업을 주 기능으로 건강가정지원센터는 예방기능을 주 기능으로 지정하여야 한다. 이를 위해 다음과 같은 제도적 보강이 필요하다. 첫째. 현행 건강가정지원센터의 업무를 건강가정사업에 근거한 교육과 문화 사업에 집중하되 전 국민을 대상으로 사업량을 설정하고 실행되어야 한다.
  둘째. 현행 사회복지관의 가족복지 업무를 보강하며 가족유형에 근거한 전문 상담 팀과 사례관리팀을 강화하여 가족지원센터의 역할을 담당하여야 한다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study is to suggest plans of cooperation between health family support center and community social welfare center by comparing and analyzing the current status of family welfare delivery system based on changing policy of family of the government.
  If the value of policy that the basic law of health family pursues is not focused only on preventing dismantle of families based on traditional family value, regarding the role play as a part of exclusive organization of health family projects by integrated social welfare hall under the premise of diversity and integration, it shall not be unobserved as the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and it must be included in the chapter of discussion of exclusive organization as early as possible so that these infrastructures can realized aimed goal and can provide efficient services by establishing mutual cooperation system with health family support center.
  Therefore, I would like to suggest as follows through this study.
  community Social welfare center shall designate support projects per type of family as its main function and health family support center shall designate prevention function as its main function. For this, we need the following systematic reinforcement.
  First. the current businesses of health family support center shall focus on education and cultural project based on health family projects but the amount of projects shall be adjusted and implemented with the target of all people of the nation.
  Second, by reinforcing the family welfare business of the current community social welfare center it shall conduct the role of family support center by reinforcing professional counseling team and cases management teams.
