영문 초록

  Application scope of TBT and SF"S differs according to rule of WTO. But, through this study analyze that two agreements are connected with each other in regarding trade dispute.
  From this point of view, two Agreement apply on the basis of resonable standard and scientific justification. but, on active of TBT and SPS can be abused. Specially, regarding indication or package of GMO product, can apply to TBT and SPS.
  SPS is action about food sanitation and safty and TBT is action about international standards and conformity assessment systems. In case of two agreement are clashed, TBT may be applied first. Therefore, It must be case study of two agreements and Must establish International Standard about agreement of its.
