국문 초록

  자동차산업이 21세기에 살아남기 위해서 IT를 경영속에 어떻게 도입시켜 가야하는 가가 하나의 경영과제이기도 하다.
  도요타자동차의 생산방식은 소위 말하는 "간반방식"이 세계적으로 유명한데 이런 간반의 전자화가 도요타의IT화의 상징이라고도 할 수 있다.
  이러한 문제의식에서 도요타가 2차 산업에서 2.5차 산업으로 진화하는 과정을 특히 인재육성방안을 살펴보면서 한국자동차회사를 필두로 제조업을 영위하는 기업들이 IT의 보급과 더불어 인재육성방안에 어떤 변화가 일어나고 무슨 과제를 안고 있는가를 고찰하면서 IT사회의 기업내교육의 올바른 모습을 모색하고자 하는 것이 이 논문의 최대의 목적이다.

영문 초록

  It is one management problem whether you must let no matter how much you introduce IT in management so that the auto industry survives in the 21st century.
  It is possible for computerization of such　ＫＡＮＢＡＮ with a symbol of IT of Toyota if I will easily explain it though so­called "ＫＡＮＢＡＮ" to say is world­famous.
  Toyota which learned from U.S. Ford for period at the dawn, and aimed at the car structure that was not defeated by Europe and America car through the round back before the war. It is not only feelings to the manufacturing, and I see a figure as I pursue the source of strength. I inspect "the world of Toyota" from different angles.
  In HRM strategy of a company, the most important thing is to find an always excellent talented person. It is work of top management to get environment ready to show the ability that the talented person has next to the maximum.
