평생교육사 양성현황의 실증 분석

국문 초록

  본 연구는 평생교육사의 양성과 자격제도가 대학에서 실시된 지 20여년이 지났지만 평생교육사 양성이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는가에 대한 체계적인 연구와 실증적인 데이터 확보를 위한 객관적인 조사가 없었던 것을 연구문제로 제기하고, 평생교육사의 양성현황에 대한 실증적인 데이터를 조사·분석하여 향후 평생교육사 양성과정의 발전방안을 제시하는 데 연구의 목적이 있었다. 이를 위한 구체적인 연구내용은 평생교육법(1999)에 규정에 의해 평생교육사를 양성하고 있는 대학은 전국적으로 어느 정도인가? 지난 20여년 동안 평생교육사 자격증을 취득한 인원의 변화추이는 어떠한가? 평생교육사 양성에 영향을 미치는 요인, 즉 교과운영 실태와 문제점은 무엇인가? 양성 교과목 담당교수의 전공일치도는 어떠한가? 그리고 평생교육 실습의 현황과 실태는 어떠한가? 등이었다.

영문 초록

  There are no little studies on the educational system and program for the lifelong educators since beginning 1983 in Korea. The purposes of this study were to draw some implications for improving the educational system and program of lifelong educators by investigating it"s status and trends.
  The instrument were developed in collaborate with adminstration"s staff and was consisted of 14 items. The data were collected from 123 numbers of the universities and the colleges which they have implemented the program for lifelong educator.
  The findings of this study were as follows. Firstly, it estimated that the demands on the program for lifelong educator were on the increase in future. It should be considered naturally that the qualification systems for the lifelong educators was reformed or improved for managing qualitatively the competency of them. Secondly, it was explored that the gap between the applicate and the acquisitor of the qualification has enlarged since 1991. It was caused to manage negligently and to implement ineffectively of the programs for lifelong educator. Thirdly, it was identified that the instructor"s majors have been not corresponded with the subject matters. It should be stressed on the improvement of this problems for developing the competency of the lifelong educators.
