영문 초록

  The business core component of the enterprise moved from tangible asset to intangible asset such as know-how, patent, contents. The knowledge information resource became a core value in information industries and evaluation measurement of factor of the enterprise. But previous research about enterprise evaluate method is focused on value of tangible asset based such as a financial or business process views. So the importance intangible asset is growing gradually in knowledge-based economy. It is needed to evaluate enterprise considering both tangible asset and intangible one in the information enterprise.
  In this study, it is presented enterprise evaluation model considering the peculiarity of the information industries and customer satisfaction to evaluate enterprise with systematic method. We applied this evaluation model with software industries as a case study and verified its practical values.
