국문 초록

  현대사회가 복잡다양해지고 국제화되어 감에 따라 기업의 경영환경도 복잡다기해 지는 등 치열한 경쟁에서 기업을 유지하고 발전시키기 위해서는 이윤추구가 필요하지만, 기업이 발전함에 따라 기업활동의 내용도 복잡ㆍ다양하게 되어 기업과 이해관계를 갖는 이해관계자 집단이 늘어나 이들 이해관계자 집단과 서로 영향을 주고 받고 있으며 이해관계자 집단이 경영자에게 요구하는 바가 다양하고 질적으로 수준이 높아가는 것이 사실이므로, 경영자는 급변하는 기업환경의 변화에 민감하게 대응하여 현대사회가 기업과 경영자에게 요구하고 있는 기업의 사회적 책임을 인식하여 기업의 사회성ㆍ공공성 및 공익성의 수행에 노력해야 한다.
  경영자의 사회적 책임의 수행은 기업윤리의식이 제대로 되어 있을때 가능하기 때문에 기업윤리 및 사회적 책임에 관한 연구의 목적이 있다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study is to review and establish business ethics in Korea. Research on the business ethics in Korea is one of the new research field because of serious problem caused by businesses" unethical behavior recently. This study is centered on the examine existing literature of both Korea and foreign countries and construct theoretical frame work of business ethics.
  The concept of business ethics is related to business social responsibility, management values, and menegement ethics. Therefore this study reviewed the concept of general business ethics, the relationship between business ethics and business objectives and responsibility, the relationship between business ethics and management ethics, and the relationship between business ethics and management valuses.
  Finally under the theoretical foundations of business ethics, this study examined Korea businesses" ethical problems, and suggested the schemes to elevate ethical consciousness of Korea businesses.
