  The ritual dancing of Lamaism in China has been existed as a root of Lamanism from the place of its original in Tibet. Mongolians in China believe in Lamaism the same as that of Tibet. They persist in its original form.
  The spreading of oriental Buddhism has been developing in China, India, Korea and Japan until now. But the inclination of Lamaism had the Buddhist, incantatory and ritual sides. These days such trends fade away.
  China : Though we can find such dancing motions in Korean Buddhist Rites, it does not mean that they are influenced by Lamaism. Probably they mean that Lamaism is disappeared.
  They say that Lamaism has the most religious rituals which are incantatory and Buddist. We have studied religious ritual in the saides of form. The results are as rollows:
  1. The form of main Buddhism + Esoteric Buddhism = Lamaism (Tibet religion) has included the incantatory and Buddhist trends.
  2. It grafts the effect of incantation by the nature worship and the power of religious doctrine, and the art of former life which has included the idea of the grand Lama together.
  3. The marks of Lamaism cease to exist. Because they are assimilated in esch countries primitive reilgion. And it chooeses each elements needed in China, Korea ahd Japan in the process of transmission from Tibet to India and to Tibet back again, and in the circumstance of grafted Buddhism.
  4. It is said that Tibet Lamaism and Mongolias Lamaism are the only Lamaism. It means naturally the original Lamaism as well as the Chinese Lamaism.
  And then the results of religious ritual dancing are as follows:
  1. The ceremonial dancing of Lamaism has included the sides of incantatory and Buddhist trend. So the form of masks has been put to use as the animal immitations, for wxample, lion, roe deer, horse and so on. Animal immitations are described as realistic and incantatory expression. And we can find dancing abomination which shows incantaory trend as the dress form similar to that of Chur Yoong.
  2. The reiogious crermony of monks has been recognized the same points which are known as the dancing of Korean Buddhist ritual.
  3. The ritual dancing of Chinese Lamaism has the opportunity to develop ritual forms in the religion and incantation dimentions. Besides, It shows us the various modifications of dancing motions which are revealed intinstc ideas of minority Chinese people.
  4. The developed trend of dancing has been started mainly from animal immitations in minority Chinese peple. And it has been put to use as a way of religious popularization for public propagandism and the symbols of religion and incantation.
