영문 초록

  As the information technology advances, e-commerce, based on the internet, is threatened to be hacked. The National Geographic Information Clearinghouse promotes geographical information transactions via net thanks to ways; electronic settlement, download and the like. Hence, It is requisite to strengthen the security system of the National Geographic Information Clearinghouse so that transmissions of geographical information could work reliably.
  This study takes a general view on fundamental requirements and analyzes security circumstances in terms of network security, user verification and data protection. To reinforce the system of security, this study suggests to introduce web security solutions, organize security task-forces and expand instruction.
  These processes are expected to allow geographical data to be delivered in safety, and then have effects on the utilization of National Geographic Information Clearinghouse and the amelioration of national circumstances.
